Then dont you think you might as well opt for CB300 for as much price as the Grom, fwy legal.. This was also on display..

The CB300F is really a big Grom with skinny tires lol
I like the CB but the 110 front and 140 rear look weak on the bike. I would love having the CB500f wheels and tires on it instead. I would prob affect the performance but who cares, it`s a 280cc not a rocket to start with.
I may have to get a CB300F for my hwy use when I cant take the Grom. I got to buy a second bike and also a next gen Grom he he he

Forgot about this thread. Moto x Thailand (Facebook seller) is offering these as a bolt on 14" wheel kit. I have no further knowledge except that they exist.

14" rims you need at lease a KTM 390 duke to make the rims work, 14" rims on a grom maybe not, 13" rims that will work.

I say 13" wheels looks a lot more proportion, here is my friend's grom with 13" wheels, I think it is like 3-4" wide in the front and 6" wide in the back, custom made wheels on a Go-Fast grom.

The rims are RCB (racing boy) they make lots of parts but the rims have disappeared from their official site. You can still find them for sale on eBay and in Thailand where 14 inch groms are most popular. With 20hp you will still have a very fast bike even on 14s. The rims go for about 300usd with free shipping from Thailand. They are hard to find and might no longer be in production. Also not a 1999 cr 80 rear wheel fits the stock grom and get this.... is even lighter than the OEM 12 inch size, so much so that fitted with a tire it's the same weight as an OEM 12 rim and tire. So if you want to keep the performance get a cr80 wheel and do spacers on sprocket/disk alignment. Then go down one in gearing to retain the OEM gear ratio. wallah same performance with bigger wheels no slower. Or just get these RCB wheels and go BBK.
