Where can you order unpainted plastics? Also, what is the best option as far as coloring them. Would it be best to do paint, plasti dip, or vinyl wrap?

just get a set of the OEM whites then prime them and do whatever you want. To me that seems like the easiest way
Plastic primer and paint. Seeing as they might get rubbed by legs, I suggest vinyl wrap as it is cheaper, will protect oem paint and can be easily removed if damaged or if you want to change colors. A "real" plastidip would work as well.

black plastics are cheaper why would you buy white just to paint them when you can get black ones for $130-$140 shipped
I was thinking that the plasti dip route would probably be the way to go. The only thing that sucks about that is there are a limited amount of color options.
