I notice since I do a lot of on road/off road riding and jumping off and on the side walk/curb my blinker bulbs seem to go out a lot quicker due to the vibration plus the BBK kit engine and decided to get some LED duel lighted bulb to replace the stock front OEM P21/5w-12v bulb and the rear OEM 12v/21W bulb.

The front I bought these off the internet

from Amazon I bought these in a 6 pack
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019OXYQPI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I will test and see which units are brighter, better, or waste of money.

I was wondering if anyone has used some of these replacement LED bulbs and did you have to add like load resistor or change the blinker module or what and if which LED bulbs are as bright or brighter than stock.

Thanks for any feedback

This is what I got when I got my bike, the previous owner had outfitted LEDs without changing the flasher, causing them to be solid on when the signal was selected.

This flasher has an adjustable potentiometer to change the flash speed and it was a direct drop in. There are flush mount LEDs that look good in the related items area if you wanted to go that route. I think you'll find that the white LED bulbs will look washed out in the amber lens, much like when people put white LEDs in a car brake lens so it looks pink.
thanks for the info, ended up ordering this

installed my first set on the grom front, not as bright as I wanted it so I'm waiting for my other LED bulbs to come in from China and see what LED is brighter.

These are the ones I'm testing today

I replaced the front LED's with the switchback unit and yes these are way better and brighter for me I did not need to replace the blinker relay unit, works with my stock 2014 blinker relay. I assume upgrading my stator and rectifier to 2017 units might have something to do with it working better.

OEM is on the left, the one in the middle wasn't as bright and the one of the right is the best one and you can find it on ebay for cheap. Only thing I didn't like with the switch back unit is that it felt flimsy or loose at the base and I had to install the bulb a couple of times to align the correct color LED for running light and blinker since my running LED lights turn white when the ING is turned on and the blinker LED is yellow/orange.
