Anybody have any tips on installing a tyga under cowl? For some reason I'm having the hardest time trying to line it up with the brackets.

Install brackets but don't tighten the bolts all the way....just tight enough that you can still adjust them with with light force by hand. Then hold cowl up where it goes so you can see where brackets need to be and make your adjustments to your brackets at this time. Remove cowl and tighten all brackets. Next install the cowl you are done!
Hope this helps. Remember the cowl will expand and flex some but don't over do it.

No direct knowledge of Tyga products, but in general be careful with applying excessive force, as if you are bolting CF or ABS plastic down stretched, you are just waiting for it to stress crack.

If it doesn't fit easy then best would be to open out mounting holes or whatever is needed, but just don't stretch/stress CF/ABS parts out to fit.

I had the same trouble, it was a real bitch the holes for the tabs don't line up very good. you really have to muscle it to get in place I thought for sure I was going to break it. but I managed to get it on. I also put the tyga carbon fiber rear hugger on and had to drill monting holes out to use stock bolts.

the quality of the tyga cowl is good. since the brackets freely rotate until properly aligned, it does take some time.

as mentioned above, the best method is to tighten the brackets until they can be moved with light force while test fitting. when in place, torque down.

.

Here our in depth video of all TYGA Carbon parts.... including the Under Cowl, and some other Tyga parts.

May help you a little.

Two of my brackets were labeled incorrectly so when I installed them as A,B,C, and D per the instructions nothing lined up. Eventually I compared the shape of the brackets to the instructions and installed them that way. Went right on.

Was just a simple sticker error at the factory.
