oh thought it was knocking on each rotation. hmm... sounds more like anything loose. When you installed the bore kit, did the copper plate match up with the cylinder? And does it happen in a specific gear?

if the engine is cold, then is everything ok... just with a hot engine i can hear knocking, but just if i drive with 1000 r/min...

Its because you use the stock head gasket your supposed to use the thicker head gasket

Let me know if you've solved the problem. I hear the same knocking sound from my intake area when at idle. It goes away after about 2.5k rpms. This too after a bbk install.

Hi,


i have a 155ccm kit installed.


This is my setup:


- 155ccm kit from feddybike (i have uses the oem cylinder head gasket)
- PCX150 Injector
- tuning manifold
- air filer fix






My problem is:


If my engine is hot and i drive "under-revving" then is my engine knocking.


Any ideas?

Is it a original Honda motor which has been drilled up ?

Are you sure the piston was installed correctly?

if you are still having a problem take everything apart check your piston rings and cylinder make sure rings are clocked and there's no scuffing. if it all looks good make sure the dowels are aligned.then reinstall everything make sure every bolt is torque to spec. check valve clearance and timing chain then hand crank the flywheel. if you still having a problem throw the stock setup in if it runs good with the stock then you have a bad kit if it runs the same as stock then you have something wrong with the lower end. and reset the ECU. Make sure you are getting proper a/f ratio before you take everything apart because it's most likely it and that goes with every bbk

I'm no expert, but that knocking sound seems like more than his A/F ratio being off.
