I had the flywheel off to install the Koso cam chain tensioner. I’ve had it back on twice now torqued to 47lbs per the manual but the first time it slipped after turning the engine over. I just took it back off again and it was REALLY easy to loosen the nut holding it in place. Evidently I’m doing something wrong here. A little help would be appreciated. Had to replace the woodruff key from the flywheel spinning loose I guess ?

make sure all the surfaces are clean on the tapered surfaces. Make sure the woodruff key is fully seated and slide the flywheel on straight. I like to give it a lil tap with a rubber mallet to make sure its fully seated on the crank before tightening the nut. I used a quarter method to hold the primary gears on the other side of the motor to properly torque down the nut. Been like that for a couple thousand miles since i installed my finbro chain tensioner.
