As you can see the throttle bodies are similar in many ways to the CBR125 intake, but the Yuminashi is quite nice and has a polished intake. It uses the same TPS with the IAT integrated into the unit which eliminates the need for the stock one if you choose to use this one instead using the included adaptor cable. It also has a larger intake diameter at 31.05mm vs the cbr at 26.9mm.

Ill also be putting the yoshimura pipe back on, but for now Im using the faddy bike stainless downpipe and stock Muffler. i didn't really want to make a hole in the header on the yosh header pipe for the Wideband 02 bung.

Awesome. Too bad they flaked on the head you ordered. If the TB is 31mm, how big is the intake port on the stock head?
About 21mm, so were counting on velocity here, not volume. Last i heard they were still testing the head, so they are probably not quite ready for production yet. The head is where we will probably see the biggest gain in combination with these parts.

Here is the "Yuminashi light bore performance injector" installed on the manifold. I had to drill out the holes on the little spacer to 6mm. They were slightly too small for the injector retainer stock bolts.

The yuminashi cam does not have the compression release like the stock cam. This will put extra strain on the starter, but we will see how it works out. The TB cam in the YX140 i built just made it harder to kick over.

Yikes...that is worrying without a decompression setup. Kicking my KLX110 after a 143 kit install is MUCH harder than stock. I will be interested to see if the starter can handle everything OK. Looks like everything is coming together nicely. : )
