Here we go. I hope everyone likes the video.
We go step by step so it is a bit long...
I know what you mean. I bought the first thing that came out. I wonder what else will hit the market in the next few months.awesome. makes me want to buy one. I have one on my ruck and love it, but I'm waiting to see the other systems that come out before I throw one on Akaoni.
Here is my handy service tool. I will be selling them for $15 shipped. I will even wrap it in your favorite color of electrical tape... as long as your favorite color is black. Also there is more to resetting the ecu than disconnecting the battery terminal. Matter of fact you don't have to do anything with the battery wires.
They recommend doing it after any of the following parts are replaced, air screw, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel injector, O2 sensor, cylinder head, valve components, cylinder/pistons or rings.
Turn ignition switch off, remove seat, remove DLC cover, short DLC terminals using the special tool, open the throttle grip fully and hold, turn on ignition switch. The MIL light should come on and start blinking rapidly, with in 5 seconds after rapid blinking starts close the throttle grip and hold for more than 3 seconds.
Note this does not work if a code is stored on the ECM the code must first be read and removed. If the rapid flashing does not happen you should check for a code.
