who makes the bars that go under the tank plastics

Ive been lookin for the red bars that go under the gas tank plastics I had seen them on ebay a few months ago but I can find them anywhere so if anyone knows where I can buy them at the info would be greatly appreciated thanks

My fat ass makes the pipe sit on the ground when I get on the bike. The tyga pipe was hanging way too low. I ordered a hotlap exhaust just waiting for it to get here. I have yet to ride it since I've lowered it.
