If price were no object I'd buy a Corbin. I've had them in the past and ion they are the best.

I had saddleman install a gel pad under my stock cover. It was $90 and feels MUCH better.

Bride seat looks like just bride material over stock pan and foam
It does seem to have the same pan and foam. But it pops in/out with ease now and had different rubber inserts than stock so idk for sure...its not really much better for long rides than stock tho since the foam is still super firm. Only real difference is the seating position is better with the lowered foam. Hope that helps.

The bride seat is good for short distance jus like stock. But i have a detachable airhawk cushion that i can put on before a long ride. Jus another option to consider. Btw the airhawk is dam comfortable.

I ordered a seat from Bikerz Bits couple of weeks ago. Will go get it at the post office tonight. Can let you know how it feels after some testing. :) Have seen them in Thailand before and looks very good.

Have tested the Bikerzbits seat. You get a whole different sitting position, so was a bit awkward at first. Reason being, you sit closer to the gastank, so the steering gets unsteady more easily. I haven't measured how many inches, but the saddle is lower as well. Making your feet closer to the foot pegs, and your knees gets a sharper angle. Guess it would be great for persons of low height.

To get the seat fit the bike, there are 6 rubber knobs you need to take off underneath the original seat, and mount on the new one. I used the ignition-key to pop them back in.

I am a bit unsatisfied how it feels riding. But since I only use the Grom for small trips in town, I will keep the seat. Haven't tried it for longer trips yet, but feels kinda hard so might get your butt sore ;) Anyway, in my opinion it looks better than the original one so all in all I am pleased. Hopefully I will get used to the riding as well. Have only tried it for 20 minutes yet.
