So we agree the GROM is the hottest bike on the Planet right now.

And we all are adding more and more parts and accessories to make it better / more trick looking, quicker, lighter, handle better, etc.

Got us to thinking, IF you could get Honda to make any changes to the Grom, what would it be?

And keep the price within reason, of course.

Thoughts and Opinions?

GROM stretched just another 1.5 " on the swingarm, a 180-200cc engine 5-6 speed, 2 gal gas tank, pre-made option swingarm bearing system, better head lights going LEDs, and programmable download of various A/F mapping to their custom ECU module and better foam seat with under frame tabs for bungee net hookup.

Stiffer fork springs with better dampening , rear shock with at least a spring preload adjustment, softer seat, Michelin power pure as stock, and 15hp like the KTM duke 125. Also maybe the 25 tooth 4th gear as stock on the transmissions. These shouldn't add too significantly to the overall cost.

a softer seat, but since I'm used to the stock one now I could care less about it. As for the shocks, I like the softness of them. I like to bounce on it when I'm a t a stop light while be-boppin to some music. People look at me weird but thats ok because they see the Grom and something in their head goes Mind = blown.

But if I could get Honda to change anything it would be a 5th gear with a 150cc so I could keep up with traffic on the highway

A bit more power to do 65+mph highways/interstates.

I do them now but only to link if the secondary roads take me too far out of the way. I can easily hold 75mph IF I draft a semi. Holds 60 no problem and can usually do 65.

Would like LED lights as well.
