I'm diggin the whole bike, but I'm not sure which part of it is a Grom. The frame looks like a Grom, but nothing else does. Its a china engine with kick start and carburetor. Front end is not from a Grom either.

Yea I was gonna add a kickstart to my KLX250s until I found out you gotta go into the tranny and add a gear for the kickstart lever

I don't know what the transmission in the Wave motors looks like so I cant say what kicker parts would be compatible. That would take a major research effort.

I'm not sure how the EFI computer would react to a kickstart. Maybe not an issue....? Another research effort.

Assuming the above is solved, you would need to either modify the stock footpegs or install rearset pegs, and you would still have to get a kick lever that clears the pegs (and low exhaust if you have one) when kicked.

Based on just looking at pictures of the wave scooter, it appears that some or all of them are kickstart. You can begin your parts search there.....
