At first I thought the bike was knocked over by someone or someone had hit it. However, there is no damage anywhere. I then noticed that the screw that holds it in is missing. It must have come out while I was riding the last time. Does anyone happen to know what size screw this is or where I can get one? Do I need a Honda provided one or can I just go get any old screw from Home Depot or Lowe's?

Take the one out of the other side, haul it down to the hardware store and try and match it up.

It looks like an m5. Either way, its a metric. Not SAE. If you have an ACE hardware or Fastenal near by, you will have better luck finding one.

10mm nut holds the rear blinker housing to the tail and the screw holds the black housing to the lens unit, remove the good side screw SCREW, SPECIAL (6X8) and go down to your local hardware store and match up the size and thread and get stainless steel screw if you can and get magic black marker pen and color over the stainless. Good luck
