Can't locate the VIN on the Grom, any help?

On the frame between the forks and handelebars right side I think

yes right side of bike between the forks .. the engine number is on the left side near throttle body

Engine # is on the left side, right behind the shift lever. It should read (X=Letters, #=numbers) XX##E-#######
