So I've already painted the silver iron man masks and the silver blinker housing but what about these big ugly passenger foot pegs? Is anyone working on eliminating those? All I would like us two small foot pegs for my feet and no big ugly silver thing

Rhino liner but do it in summer and not in cold weather to properly cure, if not it would Chip easily.

I don't have access to a powder coating machine so how much do you think it would cost to powder coat?

I think the rhino liner will be to rough on my boots

Lots of options coming down the pipe line and some are all already available (overseas). Additionally, you could always pick up a new OEM set, and then have sent off so there is no down time on your end. Once they are powdered, you can sell the ones you take off. I'm sure people will need replacements after they drop the bike a few times doing stunts and what have you. :headbang:
