Hi lads,
- I'm stuck, deciding between the maggot and the SR1. I way prefer the look of the maggot. But I want the nicest noise possible for my grom. As I have never heard any in the person it's hard to make a choice, the maggot is really favourited by a lot of people, but listening to the two brothers on the internet I feel it has more of a refined sound, more like a motor cross bike apposed to a pitbike. But like I said I'm finding it very hard without hearing them in the flesh. So I'm asking you, what sounds the coolest/best.

Thanks ?

I have to agree with MNNTHBX it's really hard to tell true sound without hearing them in person...but the reviews i've seen on the maggot is it's very loud...the two brothers sounds a little more tame is my personal opinion based on the videos i've seen. I'm waiting on some videos of the fmf before i make this decision mine is in between the SR1 and the fmf...just cant decide I like both very well...good luck man!

Was never really was a fan of two brother a lot of big bike guys I know aren't happy with them either ide get the tyga
I had a two bros pipe on my zx6r and absolutely loved it. Matter of opinion though. Like the other guys said though, it's really hard to make a fair comparison without them being with the same mic, back to back, etc.

My own opinion, sound never equal speed to me, it only piss off the neighbors and attracts the cops. I've own a few sports bike and Harleys and with my Harleys the neighbors would say stuff such as isn't those pipes to loud in a joking manner but I knew what they really getting at. As far as my Hayabusa and other sport bikes I kept the exhaust stock or stealth mode and I found I could avoid many cops and CHP when on my wild riding binge when I exceed the speed barrier of the local highway.

For some reason loud pipes do sort of help when splitting lanes in California and that's about it.
