Yes, those are the best, but in europe some race regulations exclude tyres that are not oem size... So if you want to race in those races, you have to keep 120 and 130 size... Then the contis are the best available.

Just curious, for those of you who run stock rims. Do you run stock tire sizes too? Would turn in be quicker on a 110 front?

I run the 110/120 combo and it's definitely a noticeable difference with turn-in.
