How do you adjust throttle freeplay on this bike??

I've noticed that there is at least an inch of freeplay on mine too. There should be some, but I don't think that much. I'll have to check the manual.

Mine has a ton of play too. Noticed the throttle tube end wasn't adjustable. Figured it was on the throttlebody...was just too lazy to look. I just ride this thing and love it!

Its under right side cover got it adjusted. I prefer very little play 1 inch is waaay to much

Mine needs it badly. I can do a whole half turn of the throttle before it kicks in.

oh i'm sure! they are all like that.

what i meant was, does there really need to be a "how to" thread? it's take your right side plastic off, 1 nut to loosen, twist the cable out and tighten nut lol

UPDATE: just went out and adjusted it, it was easy and I did not have to take any plastic off.

Just use a small 10mm wrench to loosen the bottom set-nut up and then with your fingers squeeze them up in there and turn the cable nut counter-clockwise till your throttle slack is where you want it. and then tighten down the 10mm set-nut.
I have mine set at 1/8 inch of slack.

Uhm. Why not adjust the cable on the lever? You take the wrench and turn the top nut left or right to adjust cable length.
