What's the weight limit on the H&B rack please?

They are “recommending” 3kg but having seen it and fitted it that’s a safety-conscious and conservative figure.
I’d rather have a German 3kg than a Chinese 10kg rack.
The rack is sturdier than most of the bike and is bolted to the chassis so I won’t worry about carrying 3 small bags of sugar on the back.

Thanks for the info. I'll get one fitted. I really wish they made a Ventura back pack for the Monkey, it would be a perfect solution.

Did my first test drive with the KOSO 170cc 4valve today, still some problems with the Power commander 5 Auto-tune and shifting from 3rd to 2nd gear, will have to sort that out... greetings from the Netherlands.

I installed a Crampbuster.
I find the throttle return spring tension too high. Hopefully, this will help.

Turned over 2500 miles after work today.

I got the exhaust system off and took out the ECU. Yoshi will be here on Tue and I need my ECU flashed.

Also moved the cramp buster to the medial location from the distal end of the throttle tube.

How effective are you finding the windscreen? I've started doing some bigger rides on my Monkey this year and can certainly see where getting out of the wind a bit would be nice. Your setup looks great and I may copy it.
