Yes it bolts down just fine. I had the same thing on the Takegawa 4 valve head using the Koso manifold, if you take the manifold off you'll see that the gasket hole is a little bigger than the one on the testa del cilindro (see how good my italian is? :joyous:). It's not a big deal, just not ideal. That's why I was wondering if the Takegawa manifold would fit the Koso throttle body.

Looking at the pics you seem to have the nice bracket hanging down from the frame, why didn't you bolt the cooler to it?

Oook folks, It was the cable too tight

@the end

rode in finished

- oil screen had slightly traces of liquid gasket, a small piece of paper gasket

intake valve was out of tolerance (>0.15) -fixed-
now it does a better noise

it still drip oil from exhaust valve cap & stator

for the rest
it's an awersome upgrade, I'm very very happy

i've just ordered pirelli diablo rosso tyres

It keeps spraying oil in clutch cover. I think It comes from oil filter cap... Devastating... Plus It spits drops also off the oil catch can hose. A little bit... Too much power ps i ve just rode in local highway ring, what a blast

you look to have a high amount of crankcase pressure thus causing all of the oil leaks. are you only using the stock vent with the catch can?

i'm using the kitaco hoses included in the can kit

kitaco oil cap has no gasket, it's pure aluminium so.... i will try to recycle the stock oil cap gasket

1500 kms

bad news... clutch start slipping in any gear up to 4000 rpm.... before install new ebc discs and kitaco springs i will try to find another axle bolt... mine is half stripped, new parts are crazy different and I do not want to buy the honda tool.... so i want a hex bolt

ah, today i hit 105° c oil temp... no good
plus lower cooler's row smashes against front mudguard, they're both ruined

right fairing has a 5 cm crack that start from takegawa support bar. more or less will not last...

I swapped springs, same clutch discs.. It grips better but in 3rd Gear when torque peaks... Slip a bit. F***! I installed a hex nut in the clutch axle. way better to tighten
