My fellow Grommer (coworker) and I are going to hit the back roads for about an hour drive after work tonight at hit Caesars Creek for a two night camping trip. We were curious to see how creative we would have to be to get that much gear on the little bikes and it worked out pretty well. With a Peavey utility bag, I managed a small stove, fuel, a few Mountain House meals, mess kit, misc clothes, fishing tackle and a fishing pole, and even my nice camera stuffed in the bottom. It looks worse than it rides, its actually not bad at all. I'll update a few more better pics once we get unpacked and I dig my good camera out.

It worked out great. The tent is actually the grey bag up inside the sleeping pad. The biggest issue with this rig was having to sit farther forward (I'm 6'2 ~250) and I couldn't feel my ass by the time we got here. But it's all good, still a lot of fun.

Off to fish and catch some lunch.
