I went to HFT"Harbor Freight Tools" and picked up some buffing pads for my drill and also 6" polishing buffing pad for my grinding table top tool. I also picked up a Grey wax for cleaning and polishing the metal swing arm.

took some pic after about 1.5 hrs of drill polishing, I will start again tomorrow after I pick up more drill buffing pads.





I have to use some dermal tool for the tight spots

do yourself a favor and get that chromed. polishing is a waste of time specially on a steel swing arm.

Agreed, polishing a steel swing arm is a waste. If it were aluminum, then you'd be ok.

yep might take it down to a company called High Luster and have the swing arm chromed.
