Looks fine.
Better than that, the crush washer looks good as well.

When I finally got my plug out the washer was as flat as a flat thing !!!
Bstds had well over tightened it, not for the first time I've found this in France.
They seem to think the plug needs the shit screwed out of it...:upset:

Wideband sensor is the way to go. There are too many variables to read how your Grom is running at one given point. The computer changes the air fuel mixture constantly. That's what people mean when they refer to looking at the plug being pointless. The computer can only adjust so much. That's where the tuners come in when mods are done.

Pulling the plug after a idle or shutdown will only reflect conditions at the time of shut down. Reading plugs in a fuel injected system is just fine if it is done correctly. Just because the plug shows lean conditions at idle does not mean that it will show the same at WOT. Do a pass at WOT and shut it down at the redline (or whatever point you want to see) and then pull the plug. Do not idle it or cruise it after. Just shut it down, pull the plug, and check it out. You can actually configure timing and fuel based on the plug result
