What 's the best way to remove the O2 sensor without any ECU problems ?

1) yust grounding it ( Bazzaz O2 eliminator ) ? or
2) using a O2 simulator ( 0.1-0.9V ) ?

Two reasons ; 1) Bazzaz Z-FI and Z-AFM does not work properly with that O2 sensor ,that's why I still using the blanco map. And 2) Better exhaust flow by using blanking plug M12x1,25mm.

I hope somebody can give me some good advice , thank you very much !
Best regards from Belgium !

For The Green , the language is Nederlands , I 'm from Laakdal .

I will ground the O2 sensor single wire (black and oranje ) and plug the hole .

Thank you all again , Sorry I did not introduce myself , I will do it soon with some pictures !

I've been working on some other projects lately building a quadcopter for aerial filming and a CNC router so I haven't been doing much with the grom lately, but I did get the o2 bung welded on the yoshimura pipe last weekend and made a plug for the o2 sensor. A bunch of guys seem to be saying the O2 sensor wire being grounded works fine and does not trip the CEL. If that is the case I'll just go that route. Now that I finally got everything mounted it's time for the dyno. I've been running this with the 31mm intake with good results and the V2 yuminashi big bore kit and it's running great. Yuminashi was supposed to send me a 160cc kit for long term testing, but I haven't heard anything for a month or so. I did send my cylinder to BrianS about a month ago so I'm just waiting patiently for his Kit. The crower cam is still working great with this setup.

Hello Snakeibf , thank you very much for this useful info . I was wondering about why some have the CEL problem by grounding the O2 sensor and others don't ...? I will try it out. About Yuminashi , I do not much know about their products . I wish you will get that 160cc kit soon for testing it with hopefully good results . By the end of this year there will be maybe good 160cc kits with flowed cilinderhead available from other brands , that's where I am waiting for .

Last I heard yuminashi is working on a head and running simulations in dynomation. They were also working on a standalone ECU. I will e-mail him and see if there any updates.

I've also been working on quad-copters for filming but this is my own hobby, mostly surf video stuff down in Santa Cruz and aerial surveillance and grid mapping with software mapping software development, mostly my RnD research.
Looking at building my own quad-copter and getting most of my control and mod circuits online and batteries from China.
I tried RC-helicopter and was spending more time and money fixing my crashes.

Yep waiting for BrianS 170cc kit to be finished and tested and OK for public use

Nice, i just got my APM 2.5 and have configuring it, but I'm still waiting on my telemetry stuff and some prop adapters. Cant wait to get some grom riding videos from the air the GPS hold should be perfect for that.

So my install manual for the Bazzaz ZFI says that the wire should be black/white but I can't find it for the life of me! Now that I'm reading your post it looks like Bazzaz made a typo and it should be black/orange. Am I right? Just want to make sure I'm doing this right lol

Ok sweet deal. I did a couple top speed runs WOT and the engine (MIL) light turned on. Then when I turn the bike off and on again and the light was gone. This happens ever since I installed the new cam, intake, exhaust, and bazzaz ZFI. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
