Still searching since a lot of these companies moved out of Santa Clara Valley due to the strict EPA enforcement for the Clean Air Act, so I'm doing online search plus review search and such till I narrow my selection down. A company called BR&F Spray was rated pretty good by the motorcycle guys and hot rod guys but the BBB does not show them on the list so I just have to keep searching.

As far as prep of the rims since they are painted black I will use various methods to remove the black paint. This should reduce my cost for the powder coating since part of the cost is sand blasting which I do not want done on these rims. I will use paint remover

I have used paint remover like that when I used to be into bmx bikes and painting frames. Works really good if you want to go down to bare metal.
