rear turn signal at night

Ok so i hit a hick-up when i installed my yosh rear elim kit my license plate light wouldnt light now i fixed that but tge question is if your guys rear turn signals illuminate at night like the fronts do then when you turn ledt on they flash. Just the front are on anyone can check there bije out at let me know. Honda is calling me back but gou guys are nuch more helpfull. Thanks guys
