I'm just starting to get a hesitation when pulling off from 1st gear. That feeling like you have no power and then it suddenly gets gas. It doesn't feel safe especially when turning because then it feels like you will lose balance. Does anyone else experience this and what could be the problem? I only use Regular 87 Shell gasoline.

What mods, when did it start doing it. Does it do it in every gear.. Have you tried ecu reset???? Maybe bad gas??

No mods. Rode it today and it was fine. No idea why it was feeling that way. Only 1st gear when pulling off from standstill.

Check for loose electrical connection, loose spark plug wire, loose wire on the battery terminal, loose gnd wire to frame.

Does this happen on a cold start? I've had it happen to me a few times but after a slight warm up it goes away.


Also can you make note of the RPMs and speed this is happening?

Hey mangos. It happened when the bike was warm and it was usually when I was taking off in first gear. Happened about twice different times but hasn't happened again so far.

My new grom started doing this after Chimera intake install.
