@Yuminashi: I found the Yuminashi webside .::: YUMINASHI GLOBAL OFFICIAL WEBSITE - .::: MSX125 / Honda GROM CYLINDER KITS, do you have additional information about the kits?
I would like buy and install the 150 cc kit, do I have to adjust the FI? Or it's just plug and play.
For me it's enough to have round about 15 HPs. Could you recommend a plug and play kit which I can have +15 HPs? And please tell me which dealer deliver that kit to Germany.

Thank you in advance

Dear HondaFan,

The 150cc Light Bore kit is a kit developed to be used in combination with the original head, and can be used in combination with the genuine 1 sensor throttle body.
Recommended to install the Yuminashi billet SX270 camshaft for MSX125/GROM and double valve springs, because the single valve springs would start to float before the limiter kicks in.

If you want to go larger later on, then no problem..., you can bore your 150cc light bore cylinder up until 160cc and even 180cc.
You only need to order then a larger size of piston and bore your 150cc cylinder up, both sizes of pistons are available...

If you go larger, then you need to install a larger throttle body, and big valve head, etc...

We don't have a dealer yet in Germany, but you can contact RZ Racing in the Netherlands for your orders, you can fiend RZ Racing over here: RZ Racing, Honda PCX Tuning, Takegawa, Kitaco, Daytona, Overracing

thank you Yuminashi for the quick answer!

I try to summarize by basket here:
1. LIGHT BORE KIT 150CC
2. PROGRESSIVE DOUBLE VALVE SPRING CONVERSION SET
3. SX270 camshaft

It's "plug and play" and enough for 15 HPs?
And last but not least, I can get all three positions from RZRancing in the Netherlands?

Technically the parts are plug and play yes, 15hp depends on how aggressive the parts are designed and how well it's tuned but with the EFI you will need to purchase a programmable fuel controller to correct the air/fuel ratio and tune it on a dyno to get the full power out of those parts

Any universal efi controller will do the job you just need to find someone who is willing to wire it in

Im guessing that most of the companies that sell parts for XR50s and CRF110s and KLX110s etc will carry parts for these once they get to the states. I'm sure BBRMotorsports will have all kinds of stuff as well as Two Brothers Racing. We just need to be patient... especially me.

Generally I am not a fan of green but that looks really good. If I had to guess I would say it is a stock black Grom with green vinyl decals. That would be pretty cool because I am getting a black one and with decals I could change it to blue or silver or something every few years fairly inexpensively.

I might end up painting mine anyway. I had a 1982 Honda CB900F Silver with the dark and light blue stripes. I really enjoyed that bike and wouldn't mind making my Grom a bit of a tribute to it.

I'd probably pay to have it done. I have painted motorcycles before but I would want a better job than what I can do.
