I thought it might be neat to have a thread where people can link to certain eBay finds for our Groms... this is the "parts" thread. I may start an actual "Groms" thread in the future....

So... find something neat for the Grom on eBay? Post a link in here!

Here's a link to a good looking projector kit, though I don't know about the quality of it:

And a H2C windscreen we've all seen:

When I contacted them this is the message I got.
Dear sir, factory said OEM. So, we stated like this and we never got any report from buyer.
Thank you.
Best regards
They kind of skirted around the answer I was looking for. That's why I was hoping someone on here had a first hand experience they could share. :)

Here is a screen shot of the message I got from him. I asked him if it was a honda oem part or aftermarket oem replacement and this is what he said

This hasn't been added to in a while, but I enjoy finding whatever I can on Ebay to a certain degree. So here's what I've gotten so far.

Taillight (love it. the relay that it came with didn't work though. good thing I already had one): https://www.ebay.com/itm/Smoked-LED-Brake-Tail-Light-Integrated-Turn-Signal-Lights-For-Honda-Grom-MSX-125/113187107375?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

Exhaust (good quality, larger diameter except for a small part where it mounts to the engine, mounts match up, universal 51mm exhaust can mount to it, might not be able to fit stunt cages. will update on that. Seller has a low mount one too): https://www.ebay.com/itm/Soto-racing-Full-Exhaust-System-Front-Pipes-for-Honda-Grom-MSX125-2013-2018-/272953707669?hash=item3f8d4f0c95

Stock exhaust adapter (so it can fit a 51mm exhaust): https://www.ebay.com/itm/Soto-racing-Exhaust-Middle-Pipe-Slip-On-for-HONDA-GROM-125-MSX-MSX125-2013-2015/272952083603?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

Dual slip on (Has two DB killers but still loud, supplied the rings/clips for springs but not welded on, had to cut a slit in the end to fit on header. Not sure if it was the wrong size or the header is. had to make my own mount kinda): https://www.ebay.com/itm/Motorcycle-38-51mm-Dual-Outlet-Exhaust-Muffler-Tail-Vent-Pipe-Slip-On-Universal-/123113211246?hash=item1caa1e856e

Decals (got gold): https://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-GROM-Decal-Kit-Motorcycle-125-graphics-decals-stickers-Multiple-colors-/292566455233?var=&hash=item441e51d3c1

Another Decal (it's just the outline of the letters): https://www.ebay.com/itm/2x-Honda-Grom-Logo-6-Vinyl-Decal-Sticker-Stickers-Car-Window-Bumper-MSX-125-/122502164483?hash=item1c85b2b003

OEM clutch case cover (I ate away mine with brake cleaner....): https://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-GROM-MSX-125-ENGINE-COVER-CLUTCH-CASE-COVER-PROTECTOR-COMP-RIGHT-2013-2017/222778208115?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

Another taillight (half the bulbs didn't work. Got refund. Including more as a warning.): https://www.ebay.com/itm/Integrated-LED-Taillight-Turn-Signals-Lamps-Clear-For-HONDA-MSX-Grom-125-13-16/172655843999?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

OEM exhaust gasket: https://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-HONDA-EXHAUST-GASKET-MUFFLER-PIPE-CRF125F-GROM-CRF-125F-125-F-OTHERS-OEM/371043675114?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

Sliders (Gonna use the lower bolt on the stock rearsets to mount them. Puckers are decent quality I think. The little metal mount parts are pretty light weight and don't seem very strong though. We'll see): https://www.ebay.com/itm/Motorcycle-Frame-Sliders-Anti-Crash-Protector-for-Yamaha-Honda-Suzuki-Universal/323223170185?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&var=512296509616&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

I think that's it for now. There will be more soon probably. Also I'm just realizing the exhaust stuff is sold out for right now.

I mentioned in my previous post I got these sliders: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Motorcycle-Frame-Sliders-Anti-Crash-Protector-for-Yamaha-Honda-Suzuki-Universal/323223170185?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

The mount for the slider fits perfectly into the bottom hole/bolt of the rearsets. All I needed to do was get a longer bolt and it worked great. I did a test drop to see what hits the ground and it looks like the sliders keep it from scraping the levers and pegs. Haven't had an offical drop yet so we'll see how it holds up. I also did some tighter turns to see if the slider would touch the ground and it looks like I'm good. They sit about the same height as the pegs, just slightly longer.

Looks good! I'd just be worried about reducing ground clearance when turning. How much sooner do the sliders touch down before the peg feelers, if you had to guess?

Thanks! I just tested that and there was a little over a half inch gap between the feeler and the ground when the slider touches the ground. The pics make them look longer than they really are. If i remember next week I'll add some dimensions.

If I were to really rip the bike around some corners I would take them off. My intention was more for learning stunts and breaking as little as possible.
