Observations while riding the Grom

So, while I'm out riding I notice a lot of different personalities.

Sport Bike Riders: Either they give the wave or a second look trying to figure out what's hauling my big butt around.
Cruisers: Mostly Harley riders... they don't even give a look my way. That's okay, they think they're too cool for a metric in general.
Adventure/Sport: Always a wave

Kids: When they notice that I'm on a little bike they usually do what they can to see what I'm on. They also laugh. :D
Adults: Second looks, usually. Sometimes they ask me what it is. Some laugh. Some just don't seem to care or notice.
Dogs: I had two come up to me that were running from their owner (while it looked like he was going to die of exhaustion). They love it (or me, not sure which).

Some people are going to be cool and some people are just going to be assholes. I've had people yell at me all sorts of crud on my scooter. Don't care. If people are nice, that's cool.

I do have to admit though I love it when kids like my bike. We need to encourage future riders and enthusiasm is contagious. :)

That is why we know that all the problems in the world are not started by weather/storms, wild beast, fire arms, etc but by Human beings who think or learn bad habits in life, they have to either put someone down to make them self to be superior or they just have a loose screw in their brain that doesn't know the difference between right and wrong and good and evil.
My daughter never really liked cars or trucks or scooters all that much but when I bought my Ruck and let her help me modify it she is in love now.

Interesting. With my past bikes, it was brighter colors that caught people's eye. I would ride my red Ninja 250 out and people would comment on it. It was a flashy bike. When I rode my more sedate Triumph Street Triple r which was a much better bike in almost every category, seldom would people say anything. It was a black and gold bike. I did get looks and comments when I rode mopeds around though and stares and smiles from kids. I always wave at everyone, but I don't even notice if they wave back. Just something I do without thinking...trikes, Harleys, sport bikes, scooters. Look up the YouTube Mordeth 13 video about biker waves and find out what the "Hello Kitty" wave is.
I would try the hello kitty wave, but I don't want to be chased down...
I don't care what others think. I just want to pick it up and ride it. This is the LONGEST week.
