Yallknowme, Hairpin and I are meeting at the Palace of Fine arts parking lot in SF at 8AM tomorrow to make the ride up there together. Hairpin... I know I know... it's maaad early... but the crew... well... wants to go early.

If anyone from SF or south of there wants to come with _us_ chime in and let us know you are coming.

your going to take freeway on ramp( like your going north 101) STAY in lane and take off ramp( 100 yards) you will be following signs to Muir Beach. Go under 101 overpass follow road for 1/2 mile to arco/Am pm gas station. Get gas! bring cash they dont take CC cards. Take hwy 1 to stinson beach.

should i wear my 1 piece or what whats everyone wearing? i dont want 2 be only dood in a 1 piece

I had a great time. I was glad to share some of my grom friendly roads with you guys. I am looking forward to more rides together. Anybody who couldn't make it you're welcome next time. We will try to move the ride all around the Bay Area so everybody gets to join in the fun!

how about city to south bay next time? no I don't want to lead the ride

north gets more goatier and less traffic xD

Calaveras road? Skyline? We should get 8 or 10 Groms at Alice's Restaurant - that would be historic.

no it means choose roads that have less traffic (on weekends) on weekdays its prolly fine

passing cars on a grom is a horrible nightmare, especially in a group, our bikes dont make enough hp to pass in normal passing conditions, we were lucky there wasnt too much traffic on 1, if there was, passing woulda been a real nightmare.

our passing lanes arent long enough to get the entire group passed in one passing section if you know what i mean.

Maybe we could go on a 49 mile social ride. I don't really have any routes I do in the city for fun, but could figure something out.

I would love to ride south along the coast past Pacifica.

Damn! I should keep up with the forums... I would have been down for the ride. I would have been the farthest south going up. PM me next time if possible. That way I get an email if I don't check up here. I have ridden up to SF on a scooter and on a Madass in the past. Rode the Grom up there not too long ago. Nice Grom group ride though!
