It looks like these require cutting a part out of the stock swing arm, is that the case? Or maybe there are thin billet parts on the outside? I can't tell from the pictures.
You can if that's your flavor, but we're not lowering guys (our taste and handling preference) so don't feel obligated. When I get this in the spring am I gonna have to lower the rear...also if I get say the yss piggyback shock will I have to lower rear or no...just slap on the yss shock and the stretch and good to go????
WillWe won't be doing a lowering link, as slammed bikes just personally aren't our thing, and we've honestly not found it to be needed in this application. The 130 chain we carry works perfectly. We generally remove a few links depending on sprocket sizes.
Never looked at it that way. I'm 6'3" and some change, and I sit way back too. I've been considering a stretch just for the look, but never thought of this aspect before. Makes sense.I'm a lankey bastard at 6'4" and I sit way back on the seat. The weight ballance, front to back has always been fucked.
Off the top of my head, no. We sell 130 link chains on the cheap though...Will 35/14 need link removal?
I'm 6'2", and this setup is the ticket.Never looked at it that way. I'm 6'3" and some change, and I sit way back too. I've been considering a stretch just for the look, but never thought of this aspect before. Makes sense.
Guess I'm about to find out haha. Just ordered like 2 minutes ago.I'm 6'2", and this setup is the ticket.
