I'll say up front, our design goals weren't to make the longest stretch possible. We tested and chose a 4.5" fixed design that not only offset the stance perfectly, but also maintained to fun & quick nature of the Grom. In fact, it makes a good track piece, adding stability while minimized loss of turn in. Traditional axle blocks offer easy presice adjustment. Our shoulder cut design flows seamlessly with the stock swingarm (all model years), and the interlocking plug design hides all hardware. Hard anodized black.

It looks like these require cutting a part out of the stock swing arm, is that the case? Or maybe there are thin billet parts on the outside? I can't tell from the pictures.
No modification required. It couldn't be easier to instal...

I have never seriously considered a stretch until now.

With a 4.5" stretch, is a rear lowering link needed? If so, will you be making one? Also, what length chain would be required? Will the DID 420 chain on your site work?
We won't be doing a lowering link, as slammed bikes just personally aren't our thing, and we've honestly not found it to be needed in this application. The 130 chain we carry works perfectly. We generally remove a few links depending on sprocket sizes.
Sounds good! Thanks for the quick reply.
I just installed these and took a ride. Wow!!
I'm a lankey bastard at 6'4" and I sit way back on the seat. The weight ballance, front to back has always been fucked. I felt way more planted and stable in corners. Turning felt a little different at first but I adapted quickly. I don't think I will be lowering her at all. I gained an inch up front with the ND4's fork mod. Big thanx to MNNTHBX for a sexy stretch kit that is nearly seamless. I hated the stock chain adjusters and damn it's easy now.
Have fun!

Great to hear! Thanks for taking the time to post. Enjoy.
This looks so good! Possibly the only stretch I'd consider but I don't want to compromise my wheelie ability.

It will impact wheelies, but enhance handling...

You can if that's your flavor, but we're not lowering guys (our taste and handling preference) so don't feel obligated.

Never looked at it that way. I'm 6'3" and some change, and I sit way back too. I've been considering a stretch just for the look, but never thought of this aspect before. Makes sense.
Will 35/14 need link removal?
Off the top of my head, no. We sell 130 link chains on the cheap though...

I'm 6'2", and this setup is the ticket.

Love this stretch! Installed great and is solid. Granted, I have zero miles on it, but installation said a lot. Great fit, zero slop or play. I actually had to lube the pieces to get them in place. Didn't have to hammer them in or anything, just needed some lube. No way I'll have to worry about this kit wiggling or anything. I like the "everything hidden" look as well. Great chain adjustment system too. So much better than stock.

Nicely done, would recommend.

I did have to remove my entire exhaust system to install, but that's easy on the Grom. I needed to "turn" the front of the brake line to get my wheel straight (brake hose was pulling too hard), but my exhaust was in the way. Everything was easy though. Once brake line was turned, lining up my tire was easy. I hope the marks on the side are accurate lol.
