Hey all I'm hopefully going to be picking up a Grom just after I get back from Xmas leave I originally was going to get a Ruckus as I wouldn't need to get a bike license but after finding the Grom I made my mind up lol only issue is now I'll need to get my bike license but its worth it! I just hope the dealerships in town will still have them in stock when I get back!!

You will likely be paying the increased price of next year
and if you don't have your $ or hands on one...good luck with that lol

Where are you located man? I was in the same boat, my advice is get the book, take the written, pretty easy! I missed one and browsed the book. Then go on youtube and watch the license test, different depending on state. Go practice when dmvs closed. Then take it. Super easy especially on the 12 inch wheels haha. I passed first time, you got it, just preperation! Wear gear, they seem to respect you more.

Doing the test isn't a big deal, I've driven bikes offroad for years. I'm just more worried about getting my hands on a Grom, if I don't get it now there's always next year but I'd like to have it sooner then later lol
