Well I actually brought it in November. It has 132 miles on it now. I got it for 3240.00 out the door. I had never heard of this Grom until I was telling a patient about my YSR50s and he was like check out the Grom, Googled it on a Tuesday, went to see it in person on following Wednesday, paid for it on Friday and picked it up Saturday. :) I frequent the Northeast Florida area and like to group ride.

Congrats,

very good OTD price on the Grom

I had a 1987 YSR-50 which I bought new from Fremont Yamaha in 1987 for $1350 OTD. I did a few changes to make it hit 70mph, such as counter sprocket change, tooney pipes, thin head gasket, carb kit, airbox mod and some other mods that I forgot about. It was very hard on the butt to ride and hard on the legs. I rode that dam thing from Sunnyvale Calif to South San Francisco and the back hills of Santa Cruz Hwy 9 and also the old Niles Canyon road in Fremont area all the way to Pleasanton Calif

One of mines is black/yellow, Good luck that is the hardest color combo to find. I found mines out in Miami for 400.00 earlier this year, what a steal, guy didnt know what he had i suppose?
welcome to the site, I also had many ysr's one of them I recently bought but when I went to regester it I found out it has $800 in back fees due so I will just use it as a parts bike when I find a black and yellow ysr
