Hey people. Well, I've had a Triumph Thruxton for a few years and haven't been using it. We live in a cool little village in Rhode Island. We have a boat in town and we use that a ton spring through summer. We have a few scooters we zip around on a lot in town. We have a Ruckus that I dig a lot and just sold the Honda Elite 80. I had a a lot of fun on the elite but wanted a little more. My wife claimed my Ruckus....answer is Grom!!! Love this lil beeotch. Picked it up today (Red Pearl). The dealership had two, one black in the showroom floor and a red in the crate. I really wanted the red but would've took the black since there's none around here.

She he now has two miles on it and froze my azz off. The most fun freezing two miles ever. Perfect village/back roads bike, can't wait til its warm. Wants, rear tail eliminator. I'm new so I'll do a lot of searching, I know how forums work. With an exhaust, is the computer fine without playing? Cheers y'all.

Welcome aboard! I almost bought a Thruxton once. Anyway, for your exhaust and fender eliminator, look no further than our resident parts manufacturer: MNNTHBX. USA made. US innovation. Too quality parts. Best in the business.

welcome to the board, lots of good information here, you just have to search to see what is good for your grom.

I've been to Rhode Island and stayed in Providence. My friend went to URI and he took me all over Rhode Island. I met a couple of the GOOD FELLAS up on Federal Hill and had my first Dunkin Donuts in Rhode Island. My friend's old neighborhood was near a Park that had a Big ass Eagle statue with it's wings spreed open. I did a summer time run around that park. I also drank some Narraganset beer that suck the big one, nasty tasting beer. We did go along the east coast and went cohogging.
Stayed at my friends house Russ Calkins at Norwood Ave Cranston RI

Anyway have fun with your new Grom.
