I bought one of these off Ebay and it arrived today. It is a nice piece of hardware, powdercoated black and has PEM's pressed into the sheetmetal for a clean install. I took a gamble and was very pleasantly surprised. It was easy to install too and fit great!

Something as simple to fabricate as a fender eliminator is inevitably going to be copied after someone (you) does the tough R&D. It was only a matter of time, and honestly I wouldnt be surprised if we see even cheaper copies pop up. Sheet metal is cheap.
I think your market niche is going to with the parts that are tougher to manufacture.

This one aluminum BTW. I have had an aluminum licence plate and an oil cooler bracket work-harden from vibration of these mini thumper engines and just snap off while riding!

once the integrated taillights come out im sure this mount will prob be less desirable. then the mounts can have the plates more tucked under the taillight.
