Looks like MNNTHBX is about to release a quality set.

Yeah, I saw that. I know and trust the Spiegler gear already. I've had their braided lines on my last two track bikes. But if I can get these on the cheap, I'd grab both just to compare.

Though I'm not really concerned with trackside support with the Grom, so paying double for that name brand/support might be overkill if these things provide a comparable experience. We'll see.

i actually have extra lines in my parts bin. looks like they will fit to. from 1000rr, f4i, gsxr. all you need is the correct length right? mostly all banjos is the same size? +- an inch or 2 shouldn't be a problem. jus too lazy to actually fit them up.

I just put shadow series goodridge brake lines on they significantly increased stoping power and I just bought the lines and fittings and built my own for about 100 bucks for both front and rear. I can post a parts list tommorow ,i need to get the invoices and discreptions .

Id like to see a HOW TO on this with photos and all but mostly just for interest. I kind of doubt I would trust my skills to build brake lines. I will probably stick to buying some.

Maybe. I build and installed EVERYthing on my jeep except the brake lines. Did not feel comfortable bleeding a vehicle with four wheels although I have replaced the lines on several bikes with no problems. Actually crimping banjo joints etc.... mmmm no too sure about that.

Custom line with all Earls components would be SWEET though.

No crimping involved, they have lines you buy at specific lengths and the fittings screw in the ends, easy peasy. You can reuse your crush washers or buy a new box of ten for like five bucks( I like new fresh washers, in this situation). You can buy a break bleader from harbor freight for like 12 bucks that hooks to your air compressor and will pull the fluid into the new lines and get the air out . It really is quite easy. The only real pain was removing the right side fairing to get to the rear break resivour to add more fluid.the whole thing( frt and rear) 1 hour. Stoping power is fantastic, and the braking is very smoth.
Check out the shadow series on Goodridges web site, the Same guy getting you that Msr helmet, can get these from the same company.
