There's no way the 390 is less then $6500. I'm expecting $7500-$8000. Especially since the 390 Duke is projected to be $6400

in favor of bringing this back the Suzuki gw205... i kinda like it! yes that is my opinion about it! i could do with out the front fender and the rear plate holder/mud guard is kinda funny big it looks like it could hit the tire! this looks verry basic like a haonda accord or civic of bikes! just the 2 tires and motor version.

I heard that the KTM 390 is going to be competing with Honda and Kawasaki low cc sport bikes - so maybe that's the 300/500's - and because of that they are going to keep it around that price range. Of course nothing is real until it happens. I am hoping KTM 390 is a hit, and then I can maybe get a good deal on a used Ninja 300 when people want to switch to KTM's.

On the topic of Suzuki GW250. I saw it at the bike show this weekend and to be honest it looks way larger and heavier than a regular 250. That thing is heavy and massive. I don't get it at all. Some bikes look great in photos, reviews, etc and then you finally get to sit on them and wonder why you even wanted the bike in the first place. But maybe it will fit you well?

Also case in point - Yamaha FZ-09 and Yamaha R6 and Honda CBR500R. Just not impressed with those bikes (at least this year), even though I was super excited to see them. I totally thought I was going to go nuts over the FZ-09. Ironically the GSX-R600 and BMW S1000 were super impressive even though I didn't expect them to be.

The FZ-09 looks 10x better in red. It looks like a totally different machine than the flat black one with navy purple rims.

I think the GW250 is cool. I'd never buy one... but it's still unique. It's a good beginner machine for someone that doesn't want a sport bike.

I didn't realize it was a twin. It'd be interesting to see how it compares to a CBR250. The GW250 is 50 pounds heavier.
