Anyone with the Moriwaki exhaust can you tell me if you have raced any stock bikes ? Raced any bikes with a performance exhaust system. Wondering if there are any gains on performance.is the Moriwaki a lot quieter the most systems ?
Reading about HP increases with some of the up systems but nothing about the down pipes. Saving up for a new pipe. Wanting to go low but curious what will be the best performer. I'm also interested in the MNNTHBX under system and seen a video of a Leo Vince low pipe. Dont mind a semi loud pipe but dont want to go deaf Please post if you have HP info.

Moriwaki site said 86 Dbs and a 1.5 HP gain.

Haven't had a chance to compare side by side to a stock Grommer... There's just none around. It is however 10lbs lighter than a stock system!

It's louder than stock and adds a nice bassy sound. It's quieter than the other Grom exhaust that I've heard (Tyga, Yoshi, Custom). The moriwaki has a nice stepped header design and has enough baffling to keep plenty of back pressure. There is a nice increase in the midrange power. I have a couple of videos posted of the moriwaki on you tube.

Zombie thread , but I like to show that I searched before asking!

i think the moriwaki is going to be perfect for me; beautiful quality, relatively quiet and the style I am after.

But one question, how hard would you have to ride it before it caught the ground in a corner?
