This is long overdue for Greg, but he also has one of the best customer services I've experienced.

I ordered his bar clamp coupled with the Scott's damper and mounting bracket. Had some issues with the locating pin having tight fit and he offered to replace the parts, but being impatient like I was I managed to make it work and continue the install. He apologized for the fitment on it.

I also ordered some Spiegler Lines for my grom from him, needed a special banjo because I was upgrading to P32 Brembo Calipers along with a Brembo MC. The kit shows up, but was drop shipped from Spiegler and has only the banjo bolts in the brembo pitch. I emailed Greg and he apologized and mailed me one correct one I needed with no questions asked.

Stand up guy, innovative and original parts. Will do business with him the future and refer him to friends also.

Flattered guys, and thanks for actually taking the time to post. It's true that you make somebody mad, they'll tell everyone, and when you impress, it normally goes unnoted. A take a whole lot of pride in what I do, and the benefit from it are posts like this, which are far more valuable than my Cycle World ads truth be told. I'm a straight up, perfectionist, control freak. That's the reason my site is fairly small, selling either items I can make myself, or a select few vended items I truly believe in. I will however continue to bring new pieces to the table, and back them up with the best customer service I'm capable of.

Anyone interested in HIGH END front suspension, or what will be the world's fastest Grom? Those are coming (but in no hurry, despite my efforts)....

wow thanks for the teaser in the end. Now certain people here will ask you if the suspension is ready every 15 minutes lol

I'm sticking w/ the no details / no deadline for now, outside of this..... The front end won't come cheap (no way around it), and the bike will be fast (real fast).

No list required on the suspension, I'll have plenty. As for the speed, this will be a one off, that would get a lot of people hurt...

By the end of my build, I'll have everything Greg offers. I'll purchase in pieces as I can't afford it all in one shot. I believe in buying the best gear once. Happy to purchase from an outfit that practices doing stuff only one way, the correct way. Sharp and precision gear like surgical equipment... Superb customer service is the cherry on top.
