I used the rubber hose from the stock airbox to throttle body.it looks like an L. I cut 3 inches off the end that used to go into airbox.then clamped a uni filter on the end.easy and cheap. The filter is nicely tucked behind right fairing and my mnnthbx fairing support bar supports the hole setup nicely. I had the uni filter crammed in the back of throttle body before. It didnt fit good and i had lots of throttle body noise. No more niose now this worked great

I just used the Dayco hose that a few people used but in a little different way. i drilled out the hole in the stock air box and ran the hose thru it, and connected the K&N filter directly to the radiator hose inside of the stock airbox (it's actually a really good fit). So it still has the look of the stock airbox even though it's not being used, and i didnt have to buy a fairing brace or anything. I also connected the sensor directly to the hose. Bike has been running great for weeks since i did this.
