Where did you order from? Want to order me one?
I got mine through hardracing, M4 drop ships so whoever you order from it will come straight from M4.. Careful if your billing and shipping address doesn't match though or HR will give you a hard time and I'm pretty sure they reported the credit card used as stolen

LOL... That's messed up.

We didn't report your card stolen. ;-)

As we explained to you..... VISA & MC require the address verifies with the Bank. This isn't just some rule we do to aggravate you.

Well then you're the only one who does it the correct way, haha certainly wasn't the first time we've used that card and shipped the product somewhere other than the card billing address and as for reporting, the last time the card was used (until recently finding out about it being reported) was when the exhaust was purchased, the first question from the bank was if we had used the card at a motorcycle parts store *shrug* no worries now as it's all been fixed and I wasn't trying to bad mouth, just speaking my experience

We totally understand.
Trust us........... It's frustrating for us as well.

We know most customers are legit, like yourself.

But, there are a lot of Shady POS out there, commiting Fraud.
And that’s why VISA / MC require the address verifies with the bank.

Indeed, some companies do Not care about Credit Card Fraud.

They just ship product wherever, and don't worry about it. Until they get burned

Unfortunately, that is why most people are paying 18%-25% Interest rate on their Credit cards... instead of 4%-6% like it should be.

Because of Credit Card Fraud.

If YOUR Bank tells us that the address you are giving us does NOT Verify, then we have no way to know if this is fraud or not.

Unfortunately, that is how FRAUD Happens.

Someone finds your wallet or mail, or a Waiter copies down the information, and then orders product shipped to another address...using YOUR Credit Card.

Then 2 weeks later you get a statement showing $4000 for something you didn't order.

And Then you would have to call and ask that company.. " Why did you ship to this address.. " " I don't live there, I dont even know where that is."

Then you have call your bank and argue with them for weeks and weeks to get your money back… by proving you didn’t order it.

It sucks.

Those are the ones that mess it up for everyone else.

I finally pulled my recently ordered M4 out of the box and saw that is does have the added mounting point. I had just called M4 assuming that I probably had the original style without the added bracket. Richard said they'd take care of me either way and just to open it up and look then let him know if mine needed replacement. Looks like I am good to go, and also that M4 will work with owners who need the bracket, either via swap, mailing you the bracket, etc. Definitely seemed like stand-up guys and service to me.

Waiting for a new bike to install it now.
