So my neighbor has a Grom thats been in my garage for two months. He was going riding today and a mutual friend of ours (actaully my best buddy since we were little) wanted to borrow mine. I said yeah, he has borrowed all my bikes including a cbr100 and never an issue... Well its busted! Broken tail section, bent my MNNTHBX undertail plate, broke my $15 aftermarket mirror and bent my shifter.. UGH!

He is going to pay, does anyone have a black tail section? Or complete white plastic? I seen white plastic really cheap the other day and cant seem to find it now. I wonder if MNNTHBX can sell me just the metal plate. Also, does anyone have a stock shifter or know what after market ones I can use?

I dont mind messing my stuff up, but it sucks even worse when someone else does it! Let me know any info or leads... Thanks all!

By whale tail do you mean the stock rear fender? I dont need that if thats what you mean. I have the MNNTHBX undertail so that will never go back on. Sorry if i was confused

Well thanksfully Greg is able to help me out. Now I need:
new shifter
rear tail section

anyone know of any after market shifters or does anyone have a stock shifter??

Looped out a wheelie. Thank goodness its actaully not that bad. But, it was new when he took it so Im making him fix it. Happy it didnt fall on the pipe side, and that he was in first gear going 10 and not 40! Could have been way worse. But with all thats going on in my life, i dont have time to be to upset

Looks like msxsport has the graphic kit you were looking for also... I don't know of anyone having success with this site or not I haven't ordered from them.

Shifter wise I think I saw a post/thread on a crf50 shifter working. Just didn't stuck out as far.

Msxsport.com had the full set for $109 plus shipping which I think is $60 but I can't remember exactly. I got my plastics from him and once it was shipped it arrived quick. Only problem is you have to email to order.

Thanks, i really hope that someone that changed the color of their grom can sell me at leaset the left and center parts of the rear tail... The left being the shifter side and the center being above and around the tail light... And maybe a shifter, but new stock ones are like $14 so that not a big deal
