No reason to hack the harness!
This flasher from grom_guy on ebay plugs directly in!
Kawasak Ninja 300 2013 2014 Turn Signal Flasher Relay | eBay

If someone is clever, might be able to find out what the flasher is. Although $12 with free shipping is pretty reasonable. Way better than some hacked up resistor mod, or a way expensive black box that you then have to mount someplace!

1. Remove the 4 allen head bolts that hold the headlight in. Be carefull, it may or may not fall when the last one is pulled.
2. remove stock flasher and install this one. Boom! No wires to cut, boxes to attach someplace.

I know for a fact that #552 works only with front OR back LED's. I have the MNNTHBX undertail and the #552 worked.. Hooked up front flush mounts and it did not work. Hooked up the realy from MNNTHBX and both worked. I searched for that same relay cheaper and couldnt find it. Trust me, I think $26 is rediculous for a relay, but his price for that exact relay is as cheap as I could find it... By the way, i had to order a new set of flush mounts. I gave mine to my buddy after he wrecked the other day and broke his stock signal

that makes sense. the stock bulbs WITH LED would be enough resistance to flash.
Im not trying to sway anyone to buy someone elses product or not, but i like stock style parts that fit like factory, thats it.

Mine pluged in, i didnt have to cut anything. I can post a picture later. The female connectors on the new relay plug right into the factory harness

But, if I knew of something cheaper I would have bought it. These relays are smaller than a square 9v battery and just sit were they will hopefully never be seen again. You would think the factories would all be using LED lights by now

How did you mount it then?
I will post pictures later. I used a zip tie to hold it in the stock spot, but the stock relay had a rubber holder and I didnt even think until now that it may work on this. The 552 is round so it didnt with that, but this new one is square like the stock one. This new one fits right were the stock one was better than the 552 did

There's always lots of confusion on this stuff. If you have stock signals either front or back, there will be enough load on the system for the $3 #552 to operate correctly. If you have LEDs all around, the electronic flasher is the ticket. As for the one I offer.... I chose to sell that particular one because it's a high quality, USA made piece that's been proven across the industry for years and years. They set the pricing, not me, but I wanted to offer the best option possible, not the cheapest.
