Did anyone get a Kryptonite New York Fuhgetabboudit chain & disc lock for their Grom? I'm wondering how the disc lock will fit on the front wheel.

Question is..can the disc lock fit on the front wheel, and if yes how does it go on?

Why not just get the chain to wrap through the wheel spokes?

I'm doing that...but also want to use the disc lock alone to put on front wheel for short trips to avoid taking the chain.

I'm a consummate proponent of locking a bike to a pole or other object.

My opinion is that a disc lock is as useless as the ignition head lock.
Load her up in a truck and deal with the lock in their spare time.
Given its a featherweight bike, it'd only take 1-2 guys to leave you stranded.
