ordered lower cowl off ebay. Honda Grom MSX125 Cover Below Colour White Moto Motorcycle Free for Adapter | eBay I knew it would take 2-4 weeks.
Ended up taking just about 4 weeks to get. When it arrives the product
was sticking out of the box damaged. i refused the package so it would get sent back for free (so i wouldnt have to pay to ship it back)

I showed the seller the photos. Showed him the tracking that it shows it was refused. Now hes making me wait another month for it to get back
to him for the $160+ refund.

Seen other people talk about how his packages are poorly packaged.
try to stay away from that seller.

Now i have to wait another month for a refund so i can buy one from a reputable seller.

we will see how it goes. USPS wouldn't even let me touch the box. They said if i open it or mess with it too much they have to make me sign for it.
I hope they at least fixed the hole before they sent it back..

the seller was VERY VERY insistent on feedback. said.. "if i give refund please leave positive feedback"
Wouldn'tbe surprised if he switches ebay names soon.


Even if i get a refund, im leaving neg feedback. I did tell him "if you refund me now and not make me wait a month for refund i wont leave neg feedback"
he replied.. "i will issue refund when i get product back, please leave pos feedback"..

I knew his history. took the chance. Not super shocked. :)

This is exactly how i felt when the2wheels asked me to take down my chazzo lever problem video on youtube. He wouldn't send me replacement levers until I took down my video!

I refused and he now will not respond to my emails bc i left a negative feedback.

I put those levers is a loss column, moved on, and bought a set of ASV levers.

They can...... Google YSS USA. Give him a call. Dont talk to the girl ask for the shock builder. Most big names are here in the US. You guys just need to call them. You can do this with YSS, Ohlins, Yoshimura, HEL, etc. Been doing this for awhile now.

I have not ordered from kingkongsoap. But I have ordered 5 times from "motor x Thailand" dude on face book. Every time shipping is 7-10 days, even with the government shutdown. Give him a look if you can't wait for the market to catch up to the USA.

I being another person who didn't look at his seller rating, and didn't see this thread before hand. I received my belly pan pretty much in the same way the OP received his in, but it was left at my door, without a signature required. The box looked mangled, that same corner was chipped, the small bag with hardware was luckily still in the box, even with several holes in the box. The fiberglass belly pan was wrapped once with a bubble wrap, and thrown into a cardboard box. Then taped very (gonna make a word here..) shittily.. It sucks, it was dropped off, and I immediately took pictures of it once it arrived, before I touched it, and then opened it and took pictures as I opened the package. I didn't see the chip until I opened the box, and opened the packaged wrapping.

I opened a case, and as soon as I did, he messaged me asking "why do you open case? you can ask me first"

I am Thai, but was born in California. I know many thai folks who were born in thailand, and now live here in Cali. Their english is as broken sometimes as this guy's, so it wasn't a problem for me to get my point across to him. I want to keep it, but it is damaged, but want a partial refund. He only agreed to a refund when I threatened about a negative review, and telling everyone I know who has a GROM about how he does business. He refunded 50%, and I didn't give a negative review, but gave a neutral review. For me since I now got the part for $62, but should have still given him a negative review.

Before he agreed to a partial refund, he was saying I would need to send him back the package for him to inspect, before he can give me a refund. I told him he will have to give me the refund now, and include the shipping I paid, plus the shipping I will have to pay to send it back to him.

I really wish there will be a new group/company/guy who will do a better job than this dipshit. All he needs to do is learn how to pack things properly and there will be no problems.

My ebay battle with him is so frustrating. I keep getting told. "ship it back and give me new tracking and send to this XXXXX address" once you ship and give me tracking i will give refund.


I tell him..

"usps shipped it back to WHATEVER return address you had. That was out of my control, the shipping number is the same as before shows it was denied:"

he just keeps responding. Please give me new tracking number... :/

so i got fucked....


seller is no longer a registered user...

The case i filed with ebay was decided in the sellers favor.. (because apparently the auction was not covered under the protection policy)
