I am curious, does adding a intake alone add a noticeable difference on the machine that you can feel by the seat of your pants? If so which one do you guys suggest? What suggestions can you share or experiences? Thank you!

No, the exhaust is more restrictive than the intake. And you are talking tenths of a hp with most mods, not getting many feels in my pants.

A good intake will add more performance than an exhaust, per dollar spent. Realistically, your probably looking at increased throttle response, and 1-2 mph, on an otherwise stock and well maintained bike.

I got an intake because I was getting a flash tune. Figured if I take the plastics off to get the ECU replaced, may as well swap the intake so that next time I need to change the filter, I won't have to take the plastics off to get to the screws on the air box.
