I want your stock header.

Get in line GromHawk LOL I posted up months ago. I have plans to mod a stock exhaust myself. Like you I am hoping to score a throw away from someone. On the plus side, I have learned the the original "header / down pipe / catalytic converter" whatever you want to call it is avail for under $150 from Honda. That is the main part I need so if I can't find a throw away it will be fairly cheap to buy.

You can have mine. I'll write you when I get my grom as I will get the bike AFTER I get my full yoshi exhaust. Grom will be here last week of August at the earliest (fingers crossed).

There is no smog for motorcycles here in CA took out the cat on my other bikes just after getting them

Bro its been in the air for atleast 3 years now. Been in business for awhile now and it could happen. Who knew that we couldnt put full systems on our bikes. And only reason why power commander can sell there product in cali is they poured money to C.A.R.B. california air resource board. Look up cobra and see if u can get there fuel programmer here in cali. You cant. Thats why we all need to keep up with this and do something about it cuz stupid people are messing it up for cali.

Mine is not a secret, i plan on removing the CAT and welding a pipe in its place and then doing before and after test with it.

YES BEDAZZLES!!!!!!! The only way to go.

I know some riders in Calif have been gutting out their stock cans and repacking them to their liking of the sound they want or what ever they are testing it for. The main reason to have the stock pipe/can look is so that the fricken CHP or city cops don't hassle you when you are riding your mc with modified pipes because all the Federal standard stamp and writing are on the CAN already. Same thing with those Beanie helmets that the Harley riders or some riders use just as long the CHP/cops see the DoD sticker on the back of the helmet they seem to let you slide if stopped for illegal helmet.

I live in Indiana, they don't care, if it has wheels and a engine, they allow it on the roads.

Right! I wish New York wasn't so strict with this stuff. Even on my street legal dirt bike I get harassed by the police. And they can be very aggressive in the way they pull you over. Someone in my area has a YouTube video of a cop pulling him over on his street legal dirt bike and the cop was a dick! The cop pulls alongside him and literally try's to force him off the road, they seem to make it personal
