LOL - I know what you mean. I've been riding my Grom to work every day, trying to get it to the 600 mile mark, so I can get the first service taken care of, before the time change and cold weather sets in. I hadn't ridden my CTX700N since getting the Grom, and rode it in to work last Friday. My situation was the opposite of yours, as I was like "Holy Sheep Dip!", as I almost got pulled off the bike, the first time I hit the throttle. That sucker's got torque like you wouldn't believe. It also felt huge, which wasn't the situation, before I got my Grom.

i almost crashed my 09 r1 in my own driveway the first time i jumped on it after riding the grom around for a few weeks.

i had no leverage on the controls that i had grown accustomed to on the handlebar grom, vs the clip on r1, i ALMOST sideswiped my own truck in my driveway LOL

I kind of had the same issue except I was test driving a BMW 1000RR.
I was almost the jackass to dump it over in the parking lot Bc it doesn't weigh 200lbs lol

I ride mine every Sunday just to make sure it still runs and it's slow. It looks cool but it definitely needs a gy6 upgrade.

I rode my good old 50cc Zoomer for the first time in about 2 weeks yesterday. It was good to be back out on her, but damn... I forgot how slow it is, haha... :haha:

Also, I forgot about the hardtail mod, lol. 70 miles with no suspension was not fun, going to stick the shock back on it this weekend.

The guys from parts for scooters.com were nice enough to put my Ruckus on their Instagram page, Those pictures were taken at the American international motorcycle Expo in Orlando this past weekend and they post it up next to Kevin from the Rockshop's fine piece of art work, what an honor. Like I said it's up for sale the 5500 bucks posted it on craigslist tonight.. for me the fun is in the build.
