Has anyone checked this out...HYPER SStage Bore up kit ( 181 cc ) @ SP TAKEGAWA : HYPER SStage Bore up kit ( 181 cc ) [01-05-0305]. Apparently they ship world wide. Identical to the 143cc kit from Two Bros/Takegawa, but a bigger bore. Instructions in Japanese, if that really matters.

Why is everyone everyone still on the cracked ECU thing? The Econ that comes with the kit works fine and both the bazazz and PCV are will tune perfectly fine with the o2 grounded

The ECO has 10.5 to 1 compression so it's setup for pump gas and the S Stage has 11 to 1 compression and needs high octane gas.

^ too much work since anything over a 143 requires a new jug.. I do think someone need to make a high comp 125 piston with a matching cam, drop in stuff to make it simple

Id be interested in a high comp version. I can get 110 at the pump 3 miles away.

The ficon2 easy to tune you have maps from 1 to 9 and then
ABC ect. A=10 , B=11 and so on

I am hesitant to go "over-bored" {pun intended}... AND RUN IT WIDE OPEN .
.... due to concerns that "my fat self" atop a modified {more power-full} engine might overload that tiny little 4-speed gearbox between my spindly shins and it might get so overloaded that it explodes sending oily gear fragments through my thin hide and into my puny old bones... "LIKE ...OUCH ! AND THAT SOUNDS GRUESOME ...FER SURE ..."

thank you.... considering the 160cc to avoid overstressing gear box...

this supposedly tested, matched, and pre-tuned kit with real wourld reported
top speed of 122 k /h = 75 {+/-} mph might be enough to propel a 200 pound rider at 100k/h or 62 mph which is faster than the 81 k/h or 51 mph that I usually drive without risking gearbox explosion or the need to experiment and tune-tinker with numerous different parts..
